Due to the current state of the pandemic, parcels will leave my studio within two weeks of the order date, at which time I will notify you!

Canada Post is my shipping partner. By default, parcels will be shipped via Expedited Post and include tracking.

My website is currently not optimized for shipping outside North America, however, if you wish purchase an item, please reach out by email and we will manually make it happen! The customer is responsible for shipping and customs fees. I am not responsible for parcel once it has shipped.

Returns

By nature, vintage and preloved garments have lived a whole life before coming to be in your care. Imperfections should be expected, major flaws will be noted. In addition, I recommend that you measure yourself, or a well fitting piece of clothing to compare listing measurements against your own - I measure all garments laying flat with fabric smoothed out and relaxed. I will always describe imperfections with as much accuracy as possible, but there may be some minor flaws that are unintentionally overlooked due to the garment having been worn for 20+ years prior to you owning it. For these reasons, I simply cannot accept returns. Having said this, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, send me a message, as I will always strive to do right by my customers.
